Spend time with brothers and sisters in faith. Let Holy Spirit guide and comfort you through them.
7. Figuring your way forward in a good way is hard work. You learn new aspects of your identity year by year.
8. "Slow and steady wins the race" as the old saying goes!
Spend time with friends.
Pray.
Read.
Do your hobbies / projects.
Temptation towards those things you know won't help you, ie. porn, etc. does stick around but think about who you want to be, feelings come and go, think about the man you want to be at your best.
9. Spend time with family and friends in the faith.
