Standardization of humanity

There is a basic global movement to flatten out cultural distinctives in favour of standardizing all things, including human life and culture, for the purpose of buying and selling.  This standardization of humanity is lending itself to a standardization of 'parameters of acceptable thought' limited by the benchmarks of individualism, materialism, and secularism.  The Catholic Church is the sole global voice in the modern world speaking out regarding this situation - and increasingly her voice is being marginalised and criminalised for it - not least of all in the West.
